African Bridge Builders e.V. (ABB) collaborated with the Chief of Soppo Likoko Village Community, Engineer Without Boarders USA and ENEO Cameroon to provide electricity to the villagers of Soppo Likoko by constructing an electrical grid system.

This grid system consists of transmission lines, poles, and in-house wiring. Parallel to the construction of the system, the villagers were educated to ensure that safe electricity usage is practiced after the system has been implemented.

Soppo Likoko Village was finally electrified in October 2015.
